No-box delivery means your bike is collected and transported as a complete bike, without needing a cardboard box, bubble wrap, or dismantling the front end in your living room. It’s ideal for used e-bike sales because it reduces the risk of damage and makes the whole process simpler for both buyer and seller.

This service isn’t just for standard commuter e-bikes. The specialist network we work with is experienced in transporting all types of e-assist pedal cycles, including awkward shapes and heavier builds.

Your bike is handled by people who transport bikes for a living, not general parcel couriers. They understand how to strap and protect a bike properly, and they’re trained in the basics of bicycle repair and maintenance, so they know what parts are vulnerable and how damage usually happens.
How It Works
1) Agree the sale
Once a buyer and seller agree on the sale, you can arrange collection and delivery.
You can also request a quote before the sale is final, just to know the delivery cost upfront.
2) Request a quote
Get in touch with pickup and delivery details, bike type, and any access notes.

3) Confirm and pay
If you’re happy with the quote, you can pay for the service and book collection.
You’re under no obligation to use this service. If you’d rather collect in person or arrange your own courier, that’s absolutely fine.
4) Collection and delivery
Your bike will usually be collected within 7 days of booking.
- Depending on distance, delivery may be the same week
- In some cases, delivery may be the following week
- You’ll be given clear expectations when you book
How Much Does It Cost?
Pricing depends on distance and accessibility, but we keep it simple and transparent. You’ll always be given a price before booking, and you can decide whether to go ahead.
Typical UK pricing
The price can increase for remote locations, difficult access, or unusually large/heavy bikes, but you’ll know the cost before you commit.

- We can’t quote accurately without pickup and delivery postcodes
- Please don’t book standard parcel couriers for fully-built e-bikes unless you’re confident in their bike handling

Pre-Collection Checklist

- Have battery keys and charger ready if they’re included in the sale
- Take a few photos of the bike before collection for your own records
