This 2019 Raleigh Motus Tour 400, has been returned to the dealer due to a motor fault. It powers up fine, battery holds a charge – when ridden for a mile or two the motor cuts out. The display is only showing a total mileage of 104.
We haven’t inspected this fault further, and advise that the buyer has the know-how to diagnose and fix this.
Cosmetically, the bike is in excellent ‘as-new’ condition, showing very little sign of wear. I rides perfectly, and the Shimano Nexus 7 hub works as it should. The brakes are excellent, and the chain looks as good as new.
